Based on discussions at the recent ICANN 47 Meeting in Durban and final input from Pre-Delegation Testing (PDT) Beta Testing, ICANN has updated PDT Specifications for production Pre-Delegation Testing. In addition to the usual PDF versions of the test specifications, we have also provided a zip file containing each test specification document with changes tracked from the 07 June 2013 release to help applicants identify the changes.

For those that have already assessed the 12 July version of the documents, below are the notable changes:
- Added Criteria for capacity compared to the expected load in the self certification documents
- Updated the Self Certification template
- Clarified the test methodology & criteria to pass the DNS04 Network Diversity Test
- Improved clarity of the IDN test cases and test plan
