We want to ensure that new gTLD applicants and others interested in the program have access to ICANN services when they want them. That means minimizing interruptions to perform routine maintenance on our systems – two hours, twice a week. Here is the schedule:

Wednesdays and Saturdays 00:00 – 02:00 UTC (Tuesdays and Fridays 4:00 – 6:00 PM PST) |
These maintenance windows involve TAS, the Customer Service Center portal, the Application Comments and Program Feedback Forums, and the Application Results page. We ask that you log out of these systems during these times.
We hope to limit maintenance interruptions to that schedule. However, in the event of a maintenance emergency, we may have to interrupt service with the little or no notice.
