Today, ICANN is announcing the publication of the Public Comment Summary and Analysis Report [PDF, 176 KB] for New gTLD Auctions along with the latest versions of both the Auction Rules and the Bidder Agreement.
We would like to thank everyone who provided feedback during the public comment window, which opened on 17 December and closed on 4 February. ICANN has reviewed these comments and, based on the community's feedback, has implemented several updates to each of these two documents. The documents are now ready for the implementation of the Auction program as the Method of Last Resort to Resolve String Contention.
