Today, ICANN completed the migration of the Customer Service Portal (Portal) to the Salesforce.com platform. This move to a best-of-breed CRM platform creates a strong foundation in an ongoing effort to consolidate systems and provide industry-standard functionalities that will enhance the user experience for all new gTLD applicants.
At this time, applicants will be able to view and correspond with the CSC on currently open cases, and submit new cases.
It is anticipated that the Salesforce.com portal will support future new gTLD program processes such as contracting, scheduling of pre-delegation testing, auction, community priority evaluation, and extended evaluation.
