Next Steps for Applicants
The DRSPs will send formal notification to applicants that submitted applications aginst which objections have been filed (notice will also be sent to the objectors). Applicants that choose to respond to an objection will have 30 days from receipt of the notice from the DRSP to file a response and pay the appropriate filing fees. Failing to respond in the allotted timeframe will result in the objector prevailing and the application won't be eligible for further review.
